Samantha Ellman is a current Master of Urban Planning student at the University of Southern California Price School of Public Policy concentrating in Environmental Planning. Her interest in planning began when she took a planning theory class at the National University of Singapore, and she has since worked in the transportation industry in both the public and private sector. Samantha formerly worked at AMPLY Power as an Analyst Intern and is currently a Project Assistant at LADOT Transit in the Planning and Marketing Division and a graduate student worker at METRANS Transportation Consortium. Samantha graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with two minors – Earth Science and Professional Writing – in June 2021.
