APA Los Angeles and Latinos and Planning will be hosting a panel discussion focusing on the immigrant community in Los Angeles and the changes reflected in these communities as a result of gentrification, lack of affordable housing and the informal economy. Non-APA members welcome/encouraged to attend!
This event will highlight the resilience of the immigrant community and the diversity within the planning profession and will promote the #cambiandoLA / #changingLA social media campaign.
The event will take place at City Labs in Boyle Heights on Thursday, January 28th at 6pm and will include time for networking for attendees. The event will run from 6pm to 8pm.
