The City of San Dimas is requesting proposals from a qualified public entity or private firm
to evaluate the environmental impacts associated with a proposed development of a new 64,422 square-foot concrete tilt-up warehouse/office multi-tenant building pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). It is anticipated that the analysis will result in preparation of a Mitigated Negative Declaration. The project proposes Unit 1 with a footprint of 36,007 square one feet with a 2,000 square feet mezzanine. Unit 2 will have 24,415 square feet of footprint with a 2,000 square feet mezzanine with a height of 41 feet. The site is 2.58-acres and is comprised of three contiguous parcels located at 309 W. Allen Avenue and, 917 and 929 N. Cataract Avenue.
