SB 50, authored by Senator Wiener, has been amended. After a quick review, APA Los Angeles appreciates the amendment’s provision for “local flexibility plans” to meet the goals of SB 50. Since SB 50 is a two-year bill and it must be passed out of the senate by January 31st, the timeline for comments is accelerated.
