APA Los Angeles will host the first Planner Yoga Hour on Tuesday, May 26 at 6:30 PM!
Yin Restorative Yoga with Sondra Sun
Helpful Props (Optional):
-foldable, firm blanket
-2 bed pillows
-2 blocks (or rolled up bath towels)
-a strap, scarf, or belt
Props are optional, even if you don’t have on hand you can still participate in the class
About Sondra Sun:
Sondra is a musician and artist whose practice of yoga is informed by a lifelong interest in nutritional/naturopathic healing, having grown up with Chinese traditional medicine as the core of her family’s health. Sondra has experienced yoga practice as a powerful instrument for change in her own mind, body and health; she teaches with the intention to share this knowledge – to help people find their own practice. With more than 18 years of practice, her accessible classes unite grounded alignment-based hatha practice with intelligent vinyasa flow and mindfulness of breath and body. She helps students develop a practice that is lifelong and sustainable, focusing on injury prevention.
