Job Description
- Assist customers to apply for permits for multiple projects.
- Assist in writing document such as ADU Accessory Dwelling Unit documents.
- Experience with advanced planning projects such as: comprehensive General Plan update, comprehensive Zoning Code update, and entitlements such as: Conditional Use Permits, Tract/Parcel Maps, Major Development Projects, Variances and Design Review.
