Job Description
OC Public Works is seeking an Associate Planner who is able to conduct research for technical and analytical planning projects, implement long-range land use plans, prepare policies, ordinances, and regulations as it relates to land use, disseminate information to the public on Zoning Codes and other related regulations and perform other responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience / Skills / Education
The most successful candidates are experienced planners with at least 2 years of progressively responsible planning experience and a Bachelor’s degree in urban planning or a related degree. A Master’s degree in urban planning or a related degree may substitute for 1 year of planning experience.
