Job Description

The Assistant Creative Coordinator is skilled in creating both written and graphical content across multi-media platforms for a variety of clients and internal company use, including template/vector creation, social media, website development/management, video/animation development and photo proofing. The position includes client/project based work and in-house marketing, e-communications, website and social media needs.

Required Experience / Skills / Education

  • Create electronic public outreach campaigns that can be implemented via social media, websites or other forms of e-communication for client projects.
  • Create written and graphical content, as needed, for clients on marketing campaigns and public outreach programs, including social media, websites, e-publications, flyers, newsletters and any other form of electronic media or collateral material.
  • Manage client needs for website presence and other e-communication tools, such as Constant Contact (e-mail marketing).
  • Ongoing updates and re-creation of AA website and all AA electronic and hard-copy marketing materials.
  • Maintain awareness of changes in current creative applications, website design and
    e-communication tools, and track new trends/tools.
  • Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Vector Creation & Design
  • Website Development
  • Video Development & Editing
  • Photography Services & Photo Editing
  • Animation Development
  • 3-D Graphic Development
