Job Description
Salary: $86,428 – $111,005 annually, plus excellent benefits. Benefits include fully paid medical for most plans (including family coverage) as specified in the current management resolution.
This position supervises, assigns, reviews and participates in the work of professional and technical staff responsible for the review and processing of land use studies, affordable housing and development project applications; acts as project manager for technical and complex cases; ensures work quality and adherence to established policies, procedures and timelines; and performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
