De Novo Planning Group is a small and growing California-based environmental planning firm, currently expanding into Southern California. Their unprecedented growth has created a need for a Planning Services Practice Leader to expand their presence in Southern California!
This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on planner who takes great pride in what they do to set their own career path, and to establish/lead/grow your practice just as you envision it. Your technical expertise can be in CEQA, long-range planning, General/Specific Plans, transportation, etc., and can focus on either public or private development.
You’re a strong doer who takes pride in your work, who also has excellent people-skills to lead your team with, oversee work production and grow the firm into a new geographic area. Your work ethic, client-orientation, and appetite for challenge and variety will be rewarded with De Novo’s performance-based compensation and equity buy-in programs!
