The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Project Manager, Real Estate.
Under the direction of the Real Estate Development Director, the Project Manager provides a real estate focused role to the Housing Authority affordable housing development projects. This position performs real estate and administrative functions, including analytical, statistical and administrative work on projects, conducts a variety of studies and research for properties and their financial support as well as prepares reports and recommendations relative to the area of responsibility.
Required Experience / Skills / Education
The ideal candidate for the Project Manager, Real Estate will have experience in real estate development and construction management. With experience in these areas, the ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects and monitor complex budgets with various funding sources. While experience in government is not required, the ideal candidate will possess knowledge and understanding of affordable housing projects and programs.
