Under the general direction of the Deputy District Director of Planning and Local Assistance, a CEA A, the incumbent serves as the District 11 Sustainability Program Manager and is responsible for working with all Divisions within the District to ensure that sustainability principles are applied in the business operations, planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of the District’s integrated multimodal transportation system in accordance with Caltrans policies and equity principles. This position works and collaborates closely to support similar work lead by District 11 Climate Action Program.
