Under the general direction of a District Office Chief, a Supervising Transportation Planner, the incumbent serves as the District 4 Complete Streets Performance Coordinator. In this position, the incumbent plans, organizes, and manages the district’s complete streets performance activities and data, in coordination with other district functions, to support implementation of Caltrans goals, policies and guidance on complete streets, the State Highway System Management Plan, asset management, and the District’s strategic and modal plans and priorities. This includes identification and development of performance metrics and monitoring tools, collection, and use of data to support implementation strategies, planning, program, and project development, as well as internal coordination, external engagement, and reporting.
