Job Description
Sagecrest assists municipal governments with on-call planning services including project management, research, policy analysis, land use and development regulations, development agreement negotiations, and updates and amendments to General Plans, Specific Plans, Zoning Codes, and related planning documents. There is a need to provide temporary services to a city in South LA for a 3-6 month period.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the planning functions including zoning, community development, as well as grant administration and will be able to quickly adapt and understand City’s zoning and planning issues.
Required Experience / Skills / Education
Qualified candidates must have Ten (10) years of municipal experience in local planning, including five (5) years in a supervisory, senior or principal level managing other planning/ community development staff.
