Job Description
Envicom Corporation is seeking an entry level or associate environmental analyst/scientist (depending upon qualifications) whose duties may include the following: support for the preparation of CEQA/NEPA analyses, related technical studies, regulatory permitting, compliance reporting, and client coordination for a variety of private and public projects. Responsibilities will include research and analysis, report/section writing, client contact, project team and agency coordination. This role may also involve business development (in the form of one or more of the following: proposal writing, client meetings, and general marketing). Opportunities for growth, including project management, will be extended to employees demonstrating appropriate capabilities.

Associate
- Candidates must have professional or educational experience with research and writing assignments, preferably pursuant to CEQA/NEPA analysis. Samples of the candidate’s writing will be required. Knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws and regulations related to land use, planning, permitting, and environmental protection.
- Requires excellent analytic, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum BA/BS degree in environmental studies, planning, public policy, or earth sciences related major.
Environmental Analyst/Scientist/Planner
In addition to the above, candidates must have the following:
Proven professional experience with preparation of CEQA/NEPA documents. CEQA or NEPA writing samples required to demonstrate the applicant’s abilities.
