Under the general direction of Office Chief for State Planning, a Supervising Transportation Planner, the incumbent is the lead for developing economic performance measures and analysis tools to support the economic analysis and development of plans, programs, and projects. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external partners to develop tools and training to support California Benefit Cost model updates and to develop other tools as needed. Responsibilities include coordinating with the economic analysis teams in Headquarters and the districts and providing support as needed.
