APA Los Angeles – Thai Town Walking Tour
Join us for an informative and fun walking tour exploring Thai Town in East Hollywood. Established in 1999, it is the only officially recognized Thai Town in the United States.
The Thai Community Development Corporation (CDC) will share how they are preserving cultural legacy amid growth and development in East Hollywood. You’ll learn about recent planning initiatives they’ve undertaken in partnership with the City of Los Angeles, followed by a walking tour of neighborhood investments that resulted from their longstanding planning and advocacy efforts including the Thai Town Market Place, Hollywood Boulevard bike lanes, public plazas, and recent developments in East Hollywood. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to learn about this incredible neighborhood!

The tour will start near the Thai Town Market Place at the Hollywood and Western Metro entrance at 10:00 AM. Transit is encouraged.
