The County of Lake has issued RFP No. 261763, a Request for Proposals for Community Development Department Operational Review and Organizational Assessment. This project will provide an independent evaluation of the County’s Community Development Department (and opportunities to integrate Housing and Economic Development programs currently housed in the County Administrative Office), with the goal of identifying opportunities to improve organizational structure, long-term financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and coordination.
Proposals are due Friday, April 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM, and must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the RFP. Questions must be submitted in writing by Friday, March 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM, and responses will be posted by Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM as an Addendum to the website referenced above.
