The City of Paramount is gearing up for a major General Plan Update and is looking for a talented consultant team to lead a comprehensive General Plan Update and Program Environmental Impact Report.
This effort will refresh key planning elements, bring in historic preservation and sustainability, and create a plan that’s easy for the whole community to understand and use. We’re focused on smart land use, better mobility, and transit‑friendly development that supports long‑term growth.
