Elenna Salcido is a Planning Manager at STV Incorporated. She has worked on a variety of rail transit and multimodal projects in Southern California, including feasibility studies, alternatives analyses, and environmental documents. Elenna is a lifelong resident of Southern California, having attended elementary through grad school in the region, and is passionate about improving transit and active transportation here.
