Daniel Weinstein graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Geography/GIS. He is currently a Transportation Planner at WSP, where he supports General Plan Updates, agency-wide Strategic Plans, State and Federal Grant Program applications, and Zero Emission Bus investments throughout Southern California communities. Daniel is native to Los Angeles and is deeply passionate about contributing to transit, rail, and active transportation projects that produce positive outcomes at local and regional scales. As a YEP Co-Director for APA Los Angeles, he is excited to work alongside Sean and the APA Los Angeles Board of Directors to support young planners and students as they establish their roots in the greater Los Angeles region.
