Jeremy Halpern is a transportation planner at WSP where he brings a diverse skillset in planning (housing and transportation), transportation and civil engineering. His work spans all stages from regional planning and strategic plans to initial project plans through design/construction and believes a strong equity lens is required throughout. Today Jeremy’s primary work is in rail megaprojects and equity studies. Jeremy holds a Masters of City Planning and a Masters of Science in Transportation Engineering from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University.
