Senior Studio Director
Studio One Eleven

Shannon Heffernan, AICP, is the Senior Studio Director of Urban Design and Planning at Studio One Eleven in Long Beach. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with agencies and communities on the revitalization and transformation of downtowns, station areas, and key sites with TOC Plans, Specific Plans, and visioning studies. Passionate about the public realm in our cities, Shannon serves on the Downtown Long Beach Alliance (DLBA) Placemaking Committee and regularly is an expert panelist on tools for creating vibrant main streets. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an Executive Master of Urban Planning with a concentration in Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School at USC (2022).
