CA Senator Wiener has a new gut and amend bill, SB 281 (Housing development: permits and other entitlements: extension). As it is to be amended, SB 281 would extend permits and other housing entitlements unexpired on 3/4/2020 for 24 months due to the impacts on city and county planning staff due to COVID-19.
