Event Recap: State Legislation and Housing in Greater LA
On Thursday, August 16, APA Los Angeles hosted five expert panelists who provided a comprehensive breakdown of the 2017 housing package passed in Sacramento and its effects on housing the greater Los Angeles region. The panel covered topics such as which bills are expected to have key impacts on housing production and how the bills are affecting housing work from various state, local, private, and community development perspectives.
