On Thursday, January 9, the Westside Urban Forum and Los Angeles Chapter of the American Planning Association hosted a housing policy forum to collaboratively discuss how the L.A. region would accommodate SCAG’s Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA) targets of 1.4 million housing units.
