We are pleased to announce and invite members and non-members to participate in the 2018 APA Los Angeles Membership Survey.

The survey will remain open for three weeks starting March 2nd and ending March 23rd at 5 pm. On average, the survey should take 20-25 minutes to complete. Please be assured that all responses will be kept confidential.

INCENTIVES: 

For those who complete the survey, there will be a special drawing at the conclusion for two individual $50 Amazon gift cards as well as two complimentary tickets to our annual Awards Gala in June.
