Milestones on the Road to the 2019 California Conference
With more than one thousand planners expected to attend APA California’s annual conference, it is one of the biggest gatherings of planning professionals in the United States. In 2019, those planners will be hosted by the Central Coast Section in Santa Barbara, CA.
According to one of the 2019 conference co-chairs, Tess Harris, “With this year’s theme of A Resilient Future, we are expected to find topics at the forefront of what planners are dealing with in cities and counties throughout California. Large to small. Urban to rural. It will be a conference filled with important and evolving ideas.”
Although the conference is scheduled in September, a number of important dates are already around the corner including milestones such as notifications about the conference sessions and mobile workshops that planners will be able to take advantage of at this year’s conference.
